Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sweet barley and perfumed smoke, wholemeal flour,baked apple/apple sponge and then comes caramel and ginger. Medium-bodied.
Palate: Sweet with gentle feel and well balanced. Vanilla,then cocoa. Very light smoke at the back
Finish: Citrus and smoke
Comment: Mellowand balanced.Worth a look

Nose: Fresh,young. Grassy. Drying hay. Slightly buttery with a butyric hint. Puff pastry straight from the oven
Palate: Crisp and firm.Mixed spices. Mint toffee
Finish: Dry and spicy
Comment: A refreshing dram,quite balanced with a definite spicy character. To be enjoyed with a curried dish
