Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Fresh sawn wood that gives way to white chocolate sweetness. Groundalmonds and a little winey.
Palate: Gentle with masses of sweetness, chocolate, coco powder and Digestivebiscuits as well.
Finish: Sweet and lingering.
Comment: Needs to breath a little before it givesup its secrets.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Oaky. Fresh sawdust. Intense but rough. A sweeter note slowly (even reluctantly !) comes through. White nougat, praline. With a hint of grapes. Develops on nutty notes.
Palate: Smooth, velvety. Cloying. Sweet maltiness. Cream soda. White chocolate. Getting sweeter. Enticing.
Finish: Sweet, nutty. That nougat note comes back as well.
Comment: The palate is sweeter and more open than the nose. Oak mellows on time.Give it time.
