Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Quite shy at first, then is full of subtle apples and cherry blossom. A touch ofthe medicine cabinet.
Palate: Alcohol zing but fresh and vibrant. Hints of oatcakes and melted sugar. There is a citrus zip to this as well.
Finish: Clean and crisp.
Comment: An interesting alternative to its peated brother.
8.5
Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Discreet rolling tobacco, pear drops, vanilla and a hint of cocoa powder.
Palate: Sweet and lively. Summer berries, honey and intense spicy fruitiness.
Finish: Keeps zinging to the end.
Comment: An elegant, very drinkable Highland style dram.
