Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Big waves of citrus and cooked oranges. Milk chocolate and nuts. Oak comes through but is tempered.
Palate: Salted peanut brittle. That orange sweetness is here and so is the oak grip. Then spices slowly fizzle.
Finish: Effervescent and marmalade.
Comment: Great before dinner and after too.
8.1
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Malty and fruity. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Some oaky notes, well integrated. Hazelnut toffee.
Palate: Round and sweet. Butterscotch with a slight salty note. A bit soft at midpalate but nicely drying on spices.
Finish: Dry, spicy and lightly fizzy.
Comment: A pleasant dram with a satisfying balance to it.
