Tasting notes
Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: Tropical fruits (mango, tinned pineapple and coconut, too), Fino sherry note with hint of toffee. Fresh and vibrant.
Palate: Juice from tinned fruit salad, this is a quaffable and almost like a cocktail in a nosing glass, it is so fruity. Lots of vanilla ice cream and fresh pine.
Finish: Short, sweet, almost Champange-like.
Comment: Is this a sweet Blanc du Blanc?
8.8
Taster   Annabel Meikle
Nose: Hints of damp paper, then green wine gums, gooseberry and lime. Herbal notes of crushed mint and it becomes more mineralic with time, with flint and damp moss.
Palate: A clean agave freshness with poached pear, followed by Gomme syrup and bubble gum on the sweeter spectrum. There was some bitterness like grapefruit
Finish: Crisp and cleansing, with a grainy grip.
Comment: Refreshing and summery; it would make a great mint Julep.
