Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Caramel chews. Lobster bisque, grilled prawns and gentle peat. Very buttery with melon and creamy oak.
Palate: Those creamy notes come through with a sweet, light edge. A herbal and spicy note builds gently.
Finish: The spices explode with a crisp dryness.
Comment: A well chosen cask, perfect summer evening tipple perhaps with soda.
8.2
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy. Freshly cut grass. Meadow flowers. Lemon balm, angelica. Touchof smoke.
Palate: Sweet and light. Very refreshing. The same grassy profile as on the nose. Herbs infusion. Lemon meringue pie.
Finish: Straightforward with a touch of aniseed. Keeps the palate fresh.
Comment: Another 'herbal tea'
