Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Fresh, vibrant and clean. Pine/forest floor, tangerine zest. Becomes sweeter and more chocolatey in time.
Palate: Light and fresh with a tingle akin to hot sand. A bleached maritime feel to start though it sweetens as it opens.
Finish: Dry, tingling.
Comment: Lighter and more lean than the '73.
8.5
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Choux pastry fresh out of the oven. Pain au chocolat.
Palate: Lean and chewy, like the inside of a croissant. Passion fruit. Sweet red peppers.
Finish: Ground black pepper.
Comment: Does Starbucks know about this?
