Nose: Zesty. Young. Unripe mango, green with a bacon like note behind, but needs water. Some light grassy notes, green melon, fruit salad, pear, lychee.
Palate: Neat is direct and hot with lemon sherbert/love hearts.Water brings out elderflower and fruit salad.
Finish: Light. Green grassiness.
Comment: A taste of summer in winter.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light but spirity.Dry hay.Cut grass.Ahint of angelica.A grainy touch.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Given the strength, one could expect much more aggressiveness. Pear Williams
Finish: Fizzy and warm, the alcohol shows up.
Comment: On the palate, much more like a fruit spirit (Pear Williams) than like a whisky.A bit grainy on the nose.
