Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Smoke is less intense than the last one. Fully of burnt orange and a sort offresh fish smell.
Palate: That smoke note develops into hot smoked salmon, sweet and oily. Somedried fruit in there as well.
Finish: Just keeps on giving.
Comment: A wonderful marriage of peat and sherry, perfect harmony.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Back to the laundry basket. Smoke again. Oysters, fresh mushroomand lemon.
Palate: Broad and smoky, almost into smoked haddock (yella fush) then nuts and a hint of coal. Teasing white pepper and dried fruit Fragrant yet weighty. Good balance.
Finish: Long gently smoked with raisin.
Comment: Fantastic balance and richness of character.
