Tasting notes
Taster   Ian Wisniewski
Nose: Intense and layered, lemon tart, orange marmalade, zesty lemon, underlying oak and toastyness.
Palate: Wow. Dynamic presence with citrus zest freshness and cooked apples, uplifted by a platform of lightly spicyoak, with malty notes mid-way and lingering creamy vanilla.
Finish: Fresh and vibrant with growing dryness.
Comment: Gets the party off to a great start.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Refreshing. Grassy. Mint. Dry hay. Meadow flowers.Porridge (with cream of course !).
Palate: Slightly prickly at start but soon smoothening on sweet malty notes. Icemint.
Finish: Quickly fading but keeps the palate clean and fresh.
Comment: A summery whisky. Refreshing. Thirst-quenching.
