Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Big cream notes with vanilla. Seaside like tones, sort of maram grass. There is some rich fruit sweetness too.
Palate: Sweet and salty. Honey and citrus come later. There is an almost warm milk quality to it.
Finish: Crisp and drying with salt.
Comment: A great upper of a dram. Revitalising and should be a pre dinner dram.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Creamy. Cream soda. Vanilla syrup. Soft and gentle. Rich grassy notes. Drying hay, meadow flowers. Opens on earthy aromas.
Palate: Smooth, round. Lemon posset and lemon meringue pie. Ripe watermelon. Leaves a salty taste. Develops on teasing spices.
Finish: Dry, spicy.
Comment: A refreshing and enticing dram. Charming. an easy-going complexity. Water gives it a lovely silky feel.
