Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Cedar and pencil shavings with a sweetness behind:banana,cherry, nuts,marzipan. Builds nicely intospices,cereal and lime chocolate.
Palate: A dumb start then creaminess,biscuity malt with light chocolate. Good lift in the middle with red fruits and red.apples on the back palate
Finish: Short and dusty. Moreish.
Comment: Balanced clean and a good starting point.

Nose: Fresh wood.cuttings,cherries,even baked brambles.Moves into marzipan with spiced apples.
Palate: Opens up on the tongue with clotted cream. Then white chocolate and fresh darkfruit.
Finish: Short and sweet.
Comment: An easy dram for any time in the day.
