Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Shy at first and then becomes very similar to coal tar soap, with a little mintas well. Hints of salt water and rocksalt.
Palate: A perfect balance of sweetness at the front of the mouth, smoke at the backand a delicious waft of salt in there too. Almost a little blackberry tartness.
Finish: Gentle with lovely sweet smoke.
Comment: One for the late autumn, preferably with a wood fire.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Estuary water, slightly salty with a hint of cattle cake, roasted nuts and a hintof intense fruit.
Palate: Smoke and sweetness combined. Blueberry juice, then marmite. Good soft feel with some crisp nuttiness.
Finish: Relaxed long and smoky.
Comment: Worth a look.
