Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Shy at first, gentle and delicate. Then this creamy, golden syrup note comes through. Vanilla Danish pastry and a hint of oak lactone.
Palate: Moves a stage on from the nose, but still delicate. More spices start to come through, baked apple pie with vanilla ice cream.
Finish: Pretty long and warming.
Comment: Give this dram a little time to open up and reveal itself, and you will be rewarded.
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Restrained, light. Fruity. Litchi, pear. Vanilla syrup. Hint of parma violet too.
Palate: Sweet and smooth. Silky. Lovely feel. Elegant. Fruity and spicy. Apples and pears. Medlars. Crystallised ginger as well.
Finish: Drying on spices. Quite lingering.
Comment: Shy at first but revealing pleasant fruity flavours.
