Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Earthy. Humus. Mushrooms. Roasted apples. Pears cooked in a vanilla syrup.
Palate: Dry,slightly sour then opening on sweet exotic fruit seasoned with spices. Mango, pomegranate. Hint ofgrated coconut.
Finish: Dry,spicy.Ginger biscuits
Comment: A fruity malt with some complexity. Good spicy frame.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Oak. Light toffee apple,dry grass. Good balance between sweet caramel,melted white chocolate anda chalky,almost fino-like quality.
Palate: Good concentration of wood oils, ratafia,baked apple.Opens into the centre with a slight resinousundertow. Good length but grippy.
Finish: Slightly firm.
Comment: A little cramped on the palate but has personality.
