Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Soft and sweet initially, marshmallows, gentle peat notes, coal tar soap and damp barley stubble.
Palate: Sweet again, but with a raspberry tang, cherries, sea salt, tobacco at the end.
Finish: Wood smoke and honey.
Comment: A good marker stone for this distillery

Nose: Asparagus tips, raw potatoes and fresh salmon.
Palate: Black pepper and rock pools.
Finish: Dark and peppery.
Comment: Laddie reaches 10 in good shape.
