Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Creamy, fragrant. White peaches, mirabelles. Vanilla flan. Crushed rush. Aniseed lollipop. Develops on mint toffee notes.
Palate: Brisk, fizzy. Entices tastebuds in the most active way. Mint toffee again and a major spicy outburst.
Finish: Dry, spicy, nutty.
Comment: A wake up call dram for those who like action on the tongue. A classic bourbon maturation which outlines a buoyant character.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: There's nothing here. Watery in colour, watery in aroma. Maybe some peanut?
Palate: Guess what? Light. The only thing to tell you it's not water is the heat of the alcohol.
Finish: Huh?
Comment: At least the name is accurate.
