Tasting notes

Taster Rob Allanson

Nose: Bags of sweetness, caramel wafers, honey flapjacks and sweet raisins,almost bread pudding.
Palate: The spices emerge more and the oak shows its grip. There is a little herbalpiquant spice too. Slightly creamy.
Finish: Sweet and long.
Comment: An interesting mix.

Nose: Honey and vanilla, then bigger, oilier fig notes emerge.
Palate: Spicy citrus fruit and cloves.
Finish: Long, herbal and spicy. Insistent notes of honey and cloves
Comment: The world's only Bourbon/rye marriage. And it works.
