Tasting notes
Taster   Neil Ridley
Nose: Freshly cut daffodils, acacia honey, aniseed and a drop of acetone, eventually give way to a more beguiling syrupy stewed apple note. Sweet and unctuous.
Palate: A lovely rich mouthfeel with spiced apple this time, golden syrup, sweetened Turkish coffee (with a little cardamom infused in) and a touch of menthol right at the back.
Finish: Quite dry, with a citrus bite and drying oak covering the tongue.
Comment: Fresh, summery and very easy drinking. Nothing to dislike here, at all.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Floral. Honeysuckle. Grassy. Apple juice. Vanilla syrup. Light and cheerful.
Palate: Sweet and round. Caressing feel. Sweet summer fruit. Ripe peaches. Juicy pears. Drying on spices.
Finish: Sweet and spicy. Crystallised ginger.
Comment: A lovely summer dram, fruity and full of peps.
