Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: A sweet tempting almost heady coconut fragrance. Like walking among gorses on a summer day. Opens on biscuity aromas.
Palate: Smooth, silky. Enticing. Marzipan, macaroon, chocolate and cereal bar.
Finish: Drying on pleasant oaky notes. And chewed grass.
Comment: A'sunny'

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Very honeyed with sweet dried fruits (peach). In time a sweet malty note (malt loaf) alongside a light waxiness (spent candle) and brazil nut. Layered.
Palate: Clean, spicy with a fragrant (freesia?) note on top. Honeyed, very soft and deep in the centre. Raisin, custard, malt.
Finish: Long with returning spices.
Comment: Great balance and depth. At last! Longmorn gets the bottling it deserves.
