Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Malty and fruity. Oak is well integrated. Creamy. Vanilla fudge. Hint of cappuccino.
Palate: Mouth-coating. Almost thick. A lovely rich creamy flavour gives you a sense of fullness. Marasquino cherries coated in white chocolate. Malteasers also.
Finish: Medium,on fudge and spices.
Comment: You certainly get satisfaction with this dram. A handsome malty Highlander.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Wet wool, light coconut notes with vanilla. Slightly artificial. Freshly painted oak,new leather, soft toffee with a malty undertow. Some sloes and briary fruit. Seems covered.
Palate: Sweet slick entry with black fruits. Becomes quite juicy and sweet. Lacksstructure and is a little flabby.
Finish: Then dries.
Comment: Sweet and simple. Maybe higher alcohol would help?
