Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Broad. Buttery and soft. Ripe fruits, demerara. Dusty and malty underneath, with some floral notes.
Palate: Soft and creamy but still young. A plump palate with brioche, light red fruits and crisp cereal.
Finish: Clean, refreshing, apple mint. Hard butterscotch, rhubarb.
Comment: Best neat. Clean, crisp attack.

Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: More zest than the eight Years Old, fresh lemon, then it begins to veer towards sticky buns.
Palate: Dry, with resin notes. Dried fruits.
Finish: Appreciably longer than the 8 Years Old. Quite astringent.
Comment: The extra two years have made this a little drier, and it still lacks complexity. Improvement to come here.
