Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy. Drying hay. Verbena. In the back, some liquorice (the root). With water comes crème brûlée and milk chocolate too.
Palate: Sweet and round. The oak is present, wrapped in a spicy festoon. Toastedhazelnuts come through.
Finish: Dry, firm, with an astringent twist.
Comment: Shy at first but displaying layers of well integrated oak. Give it time and a dash of water.
