Tasting notes
Taster   Ian Wisniewski
Nose: Tar evolves into smokeyness, meanwhile a sequence of fruitcake, honey and crème brûlée step intothe spotlight.
Palate: Richness laced with smokeyness that evolves into toastyness, with waves of malty, and creamy sweet vanilla notes, then lemon zest freshness.
Finish: Smokey, creamy, oakey dryness with lemon zest garnish.
Comment: Bold but balanced.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Medicinal. Earthy. Peaty. Fishnets. Olive oil.
Palate: Quite oily. Sweet maltiness hovered by a smoky veil.Sherbety. Drying on spices (cubèbe pepper). Coughmedicine (tar losanges).A floral touch.
Finish: Dry,sooty.
Comment: Another marine fellow. Straightforward, muscular but not assertive. Invigorating.
