Tasting notes

Taster Rob Allanson

Nose: Lovely aromatics with a little menthol, pint nuts and a slight hit of marmalade.
Palate: Drying and moreish. Some menthol comes through making for a very refreshing whisky.
Finish: Gentle with baking crust.
Comment: Very well put together perfect for the Spring and early Summer.

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Lifted and aromatic. Mint and a touch of basil with subtle spices,ginger and cumin. Crisp but fragrant.Orange custardcreams. Lemon and lime.
Palate: Soft and gentle start then things dry in the centre before the ginger surges through towards the finish.
Finish: Lightly malty.
Comment: Good balance. Fresh and exciting.
