Tasting notes
Taster   Ian Wisniewski
Nose: Toffee, butterscotch overture, followed by vanilla, citrus and apricots, with a final touch of malt, and underlying toastiness throughout.
Palate: Ultra-delicate, creamy, apricots, hint of orange marmalade lusciousness, spicy fruityness.
Finish: Rich dried fruit with butterscotch, chocolate sweetness and growing toastiness.
Comment: Elegant and seductive, while also offering depth and range.
8.3
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Seaside bouquet, but delicate rather than intense.
Palate: Dusty. Peppery. Seaweedy, but not overtly medicinal.
Finish: Appetising sourness.
Comment: I seem to have fallen into a breakfast reverie. This would be best with a Japanese breakfast.
