Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy. Dry hay, honey then a cheese note. Pomegranate. Vanilla syrup.
Palate: Round, sweet. Mouthcoating with a certain lightness. A cardboardy touch. Then the pomegranate and vanilla leave way to an astringent note.
Finish: Tangy, spicy and dry.
Comment: Assertive and tangy. The alcohol is not mastered and the characterlacks depth.
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Hints of vanilla cream and honey. Some melted cheese on toast. There isa light fruitiness too.
Palate: Sweet at first with honey then it moves to a sort of chilli and cheese taste.Fades then to the spices.
Finish: Quite short.
Comment: Seems to have two elements to it, not quite balanced.
