Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Very pure and focused with red fruits galore: raspberry leaf, strawberry; then comes citrus a light floral element. Intense and delicate, but with real character.
Palate: Still that same focus, though here the aromatic qualities shine forth. Minty and mouth-cooling. Gentle clean flow. An early afternoon dram.
Finish: Lightly acidic.
Comment: Beautiful balance. Whispering and seductive.
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light, Floral. Freesia, narcissus. Citrussy. Fresh tangerine juice. Orange drop. Barley sugar. Vanilla wafers.
Palate: Crisp, dry. Always this floral note. In the style of a cocktail. Warm and spicy. Lemon meringue pie. Honey and ginger lozenges.
Finish: Gingery and minty.
Comment: Surprising, refreshing, light and aromatic, quite hot on the tongue. A sort of ginger ale cocktail!
