Tasting notes

Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: Perfumy, lemony, clean, crisp.
Palate: Hint of soft, dusty, lemon, then lots of typical Glenmorangie spiciness.
Finish: Hint of icing sugar, then very light and dry. Slightly weak.
Comment: Crisp, but not as characterful as might be hoped.

Taster Jim Murray

Nose: Sweet and thin, sugary; subtle smoke and grassy malt.
Palate: At once malty and spicy with an immediate powerful oak arrival. Very sweet throughout.
Finish: More brown sugary, custardy sweetness. An oaky thrust adds a welcome dryness.
Comment: One of the sweetest Glenmorangies of all time.
