Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Pale sultanas, exotic fruit, kiwi and a pencillike woodiness. Cocoa.
Palate: Honeycomb sweetness, kiwi, oats, some floral notes and lemon Turkish delight. Well balanced, fruity goodness.
Finish: Dusty cocoa and a shake of spice.
Comment: There's something breakfasty about this, like a good bowl of honeyed and well-fruited porridge.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Fleshy, sugared almond. Needs time to open when you can find clover honey, violet. Quite syrupy and sweet. Water gives it a lift.
Palate: Light touch of pear drop. Immediate sweetness with a crunchy middle. Cheesecake base.
Finish: Long, sweet.
Comment: Give this time and you'll find a delicious dram.
