Tasting notes

Taster Martine Nouet

Nose: Barley sugar sweets,toffee,lightly medicinal like an old fashioned chemist. White chocolate.
Palate: Simple,cleansing. Very sweet with bags of honey masking the smoke.
Finish: The sweetness prevails.
Comment: A shade of the one trick pony but very good at what it does.

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Orange pulp some herbal notes and sweet honey,lemon barley and hardtoffee. This becomes softer with water with chocolate and some light florals.
Palate: Gentle and soft with light sweet spices, nuts and a honeyed character.
Finish: Mix of nuts and barley sugar.
Comment: Lacks a little depth in the centre, but of interest.
