Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Buttered malt loaf, chocolate and nut spread. Stewed apples with aromaticspices. A little leather chair too.
Palate: The nose comes through again in liquid form. Well balanced with that marmalade tinge again.
Finish: Soft with spices.
Comment: A well put together dram with everything integrated.
8.4
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Nutty and malty. Hazelnut fudge. Cooked apples. Old leather. A touch of liquorice too.
Palate: Fluid and gentle. The same malty/nutty character. With candied mango and pear.
Finish: Drying on soft spices. A nutty aftertaste as well.
Comment: A well-knitted dram. Good structure and balance. Water enhances oak.
