Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Light beeswax and polished tables give way to a sweet herbal edge. Honey roasted nuts and creamy fudge, tablet. Lemon shortbread.
Palate: Very gentle with soft fleshed fruits, apple pie and peach cobbler. Fruit malt loaf. There is a lemon zest freshness to this as well.
Finish: Big and lush.
Comment: A great pre dinner dram, a talkative whisky for sure.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Sweet and grassy. Dry hay, lemon balm. A sweet biscuity note follows. Vanilla wafer. Then more herb aromas. Freshly chopped parsley.
Palate: Round and soft. Light bodied. Well balanced. Lovely sweet malty flavours with a citrussy touch. Very refreshing.
Finish: Drying on powdered ginger. Fresh hazelnut aftertaste.
Comment: An excellent everyday summer dram. Sweet without excess, with an aerial texture. Fresh and fragrant.
