Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Big orange marmalade,very ripe banana and a whiff of mint jelly.
Palate: Silky like a box of Devon cream and shortbread fudge.
Finish: Light and refreshing.
Comment: The weather has let this whisky down, but a cracking dram for hoping we get an Indian summer.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Fruity. Pomegranate, pear jam, light mint,red cherry. A little yeasty.
Palate: This is all creamy toffee,plums/plum pudding and gentle maltiness. Light grip.
Finish: Light clove.
Comment: Good, sweet and balanced.
