Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Malty, spicy. Gingerbread. Ripe autumn fruit. Medlar, overripe pear. Opening on lighter fruit notes. Sour apple. Fresh oak with a touch of pine needle.
Palate: Smooth. Rich toffee. The same rich fruitiness. A pleasant spice burst mingles with apples and pears.
Finish: Reasonably long, smooth, with a nutty note.
Comment: An elegant, well structured and rewarding dram. With this charming autumnal touch.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Very grassy. Like mowing the lawn next to a maltings. A hint of rubber. Malt loaf then with water a lifted grapefruit note.
Palate: Surprisingly sweet start. Fragrance is enclosed in a light oak frame. Supple, floral and grassy.
Finish: Clean sweet.
Comment: Another wee charmer from anCnoc.
