Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Rich, soft and deep with sherry well in evidence. Turned earth, charred wood, raspberry, currant, hedgerow fruits. Almost jammy with a crisp cereal centre and some vanilla.
Palate: Big, soft and very smooth. A silky mouthful.
Finish: Starts juicily, then becomes dry and malty.
Comment: A less exuberant Black Bush: richer and more brooding.
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Distinct rose-like aroma of Bushmills. Sandalwood.
Palate: Syrupy, sherryish. Nutty. Almondy.
Finish: Hard liquorice. Late rootiness.
Comment: Very rich and sweet, but still a Bushmills.
