Tasting notes

Taster Rob Allanson

Nose: Bags of fruits and barley sugar sweets. A little lemon zing and nutmeg spice.
Palate: Mouth coating and watering with candied fruits and custard cream. A touch of honey as well.
Finish: Honey and malt.
Comment: One for those lazy summer days.

Taster Martine Nouet

Nose: Damp cellar. Opens on fruity notes. Even exotic. Fresh pineapple. A hint ofmarzipan. Quite lively.
Palate: Appetising. Creamy and light with a pleasant fizziness. The same exoticfruit character. A touch of ripe banana.
Finish: Dry, minty.
Comment: An enticing summery character. To be enjoyed with fruit puddings.
