Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Intense: grassy/sappy with greengage, hazelnut and sesame oil/olive oil? It has good weight though.
Palate: Full, spicy, slightly smoky palate. It's a whisky you feel as much as taste or nose.
Finish: Clover and nut.
Comment: Lovely weight and carries its age well (though dies a bit quickly in the glass).
7.5
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Hugely powerful. Linseed. Leather.
Palate: Big. Grassy. Sweet lemons.
Finish: Syrupy. Anis. Medicinal. Hot.
Comment: Very pungent and powerful for a Lowlander. Tending toward harshness. This seems typical of these last Linlithgows.
7.5
