Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Lightly malty/dusty. Dried grasses, yew. Becomes perfumed with water: floral (hyacinth, almost frangipani).
Palate: Soft and clean. Blossom-like. Gentle grip. Very clean and quite light.
Finish: Medium length, a soft fade.
Comment: Attractive, versatile.

Nose: Slightly vegetal. Olives?
Palate: Syrupy but very light. Becoming dry. Peaty, smoky, bitterness.
Finish: Late explosion of spiciness. Lemon grass. Ginger. Cinnamon.
Comment: Not much middle palate. Lacks roundness.
