Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Acidic. Some bracken, kumquat, dry oak. Water softens it and brings out pine and coconut.
Palate: Dry and fairly firm with a fine texture. Some sweet malt in the centre. Grips again towards the finish.
Finish: Light and fresh.
Comment: Another which wears its age lightly, just a bit woody and sharp.
7.5
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Freshly cut wood. Sawdust.
Palate: Gorse. Flowering currant.
Finish: Medicinal. Bitter.
Comment: This has dried out to a point where it is aggressive and unbalanced.
