Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Sherry leaves its mark. Rubber, dried currants, damp cellar.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Elegant display of sherried notes : deep toffee, chocolate, candied chestnuts, figs. Touch of sulphur. Soft spices.
Finish: Lingering, chocolatey. Liquorice. Delicate spiciness (nutmeg). Tobacco leaves.
Comment: A classic sherry. Oak is perfectly integrated. So elegantly balanced.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Mature and deep. Stewed tea, dried cherry, fig, madeira cake mix alongside some tomato/balsamic rancio notes.
Palate: Slightly tannic grip think hard toffee dried blossom rich with substance. light to medium fruits lovely balance.
Finish: XXX (triple x-ED)
Comment: Just needs a little more in the middle.
