Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Starts all fluffy and light (marshmallow, floury baps, icing sugar on apple sponge), then stiffens. Reminiscent of tarmac on a hot summer day, with hints of dry bracken, green fern.
Palate: Sweet, malty start and soft mid-palate. The hardness on the nose disappears.
Finish: Okay, clean, short.
Comment: Not complex, but very drinkable.
7.5
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Sliced cucumbers on buttered brown bread.
Palate: Fresh. Vegetal. Grassy. Sweetness.
Finish: Mustardy.
Comment: The brilliant greeny-gold colour sets a summery mood. Remarkably fresh. Drier than other Inchmurrins I have tasted. Green salad rather than the more usual tropical fruit salad.
