Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Fat and corn-sweet. Popcorn and meal. Melted milk chocolate, mango, banana milk shake. Very light spice.
Palate: Just a hint of dried fruit on the start then dried pineapple and papaya. Quite simple and slightly one-dimensional.
Finish: Only starts to firm here.
Comment: It's sweet...and then sweeter.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Spirity at first then sweetness wraps up the nostrils with chocolate syrup and a touch of vanilla. A citrussy breath comes in behind. Hint of varnish.
Palate: Quite balanced. Velvety texture. The sweetness is not overpowering. Spices speak up. Ginger and white pepper.
Finish: Medium, dry, with a bitter edge.
Comment: The sweet Demerara taste is still there but 'enriched'.
