Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Restrained peat. Some grassy, moorland, aromas. New-mown hay.
Palate: Lemon grass. A suggestion of dried banana. Dessert apples, against a cereal-grain background.
Finish: Scenty. Minty. Appetising.
Comment: Seems to have become more lively with age.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Slightly dumb with hints of cream, honey, cut flowers and sweet oak.
Palate: Soft fruits, vanilla, clover. Fairly woody with a dry mid-palate. A slightly bitter note.
Finish: Honeycomb, cream toffee.
Comment: Seems reluctant to open.
