Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Plain, as if little has passed by way of conversation between cask and spirit. Lime, chalk dust. Little grubby with water.
Palate: Very light even fragile running scared down the middle of the tongue.
Finish: Simply disappears.
Comment: A whisky on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Heavy, buttery. Melting cheese. Quite unidimensional and restrained. Dry cider.
Palate: Sweet with a velvety feel. Oily. Malt teasers. Cereal bowl. Nescafé.
Finish: Tangy, chewed stalk.
Comment: Not a very exciting whisky. Too edgy. Not delivering much on the palate. And lacking finesse. A bland cask?
