Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense. Waxy. Candle wick. Hemp string. A real live wire. Opens on grassy notes. Parsley, chervil then boiled potatoes. Vanilla swirls up with alemony hint.
Palate: Sweet. An invasion of violets! Sweet maltiness in the back.
Finish: The violets don't give up! Sweet liquorice aftertaste.
Comment: Very strange. The nose and palate are miles apart.
