Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Lightly caramelised notes, yoghurt-covered nuts, raisin/burnt cakes. Brioche, jammy.
Palate: Firmer than the 21 Years Old with more obvious nutty oak over the top of Wine Gums and tayberry.
Finish: Becomes sweet. Plump dates.
Comment: A rich sweet and fairly deep dram.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Malty and nutty with a grassy note. Basil. Lemon balm. Redcurrant jelly. An unpleasant sulphury hint at times.
Palate: Sweet with a sharper core. Citrussy. Grapefuit peel.
Finish: Fruity and mellow. Rhubarb jam.
Comment: Good balance. A fruity profile. To be enjoyed with a lemon-meringue pie or a syllabub.
