Tasting notes
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Lemon and lime starburst, a garden orchard after summer rain, fresh andcleansing.
Palate: The expected sweetness is there initially but then it flip-flops and asavoury and peppery wave arrives to add to the fruit. Red liquorice is in themix too, and there's a dying embers/charcoal undertow.
Finish: Prickly and quite long.
Comment: Too busy for some, lots and lots going on, but somehow it all comes together.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Lightly nutty with a little liquorice, varnish and oiliness that shifts to lightleather. Sweet again with added fruitiness.
Palate: Sweet (!) and liquorous. Quite thick feel with blueberry syrup. Ripe andscented and almost liqueur like.
Finish: Weighty and full. Jam.
Comment: Soft and easy -and sweet -but all in all a little bland.
