Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Beeswax. Intense honey. Mead-like as it opens.
Palate: Tongue-coating. Dark honey. Cereal grain. Cream.
Finish: Explosion of intense sweetness.
Comment: The most honeyed Longmorn I have tasted. A breakfast malt.
8.5
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Floral and fruity. Geranium. Stewed apricots with vanilla. Fresh oak. A touch of varnish.
Palate: Smooth and silky. Pleasant creamy maltiness with fruity tones in the back (muësli).
Finish: Medium, soothing and nutty (toasted almonds).
Comment: Straightforward, well-balanced, pleasant anytime. Should go perfectly with a summer dessert (fruit pie, trifle or sherbet).
