Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Conference pears in butter and lemon. Lemon toffees. With water citrus remains, toffee diminishes, and meadow flowers bob in the sun.
Palate: Tangy, with a fun balance between citric and sweet. Floral too.
Finish: Floral and lightly drying.
Comment: Very pretty and summery. A good antidote if you feel you might be turning into a phenol-guzzling loony.

Taster   Owen Barstow
Nose: Caramel; milk chocolate. Some vanilla or fudge. Underlying spirity sharpness points to youth. Menthol.
Palate: Big and fat. Sweet. Buttery and creamy. Then tangy. Becomes more streamlined with water. Pears and custard?
Finish: Some late aniseed-like bitterness. Fennel?
Comment: More appealing in the mouth than the nose would suggest, and benefits from water.
